Merengue star Elvis Crespo was accused of masturbating aboard a flight from Houston to Miami. According to the police report, the witness said that about 15 minutes after the plane left Houston, "Crespo covered himself with a blanket and began to masturbate, then exposed himself."
15 minutes after the plane took off? Geez, at least wait for the peanuts.
